Offset Top Stitching

The leather used in Tiger Angel suits is produced from premium grade hides using a tanning technique called Shrunken Grain. This gives extremely high tear and abrasion resistance with exceptional suppleness.

At TIGER ANGEL we take the quality of stitching and seam construction very seriously. After all, that is what is holding the whole unit together. We use microprocessor-controlled machines to ensure consistent stepping and thread tension so that our workers can concentrate on the impeccable sewing for which they are famous.

Critical seams in leather are sewn using a technique we have refined called OFFSET TOP STITCHING. The pieces are double sewn in a way that ensures that the top stitching is protected in a valley thus giving your first line of defence a few vital extra seconds of survival in the event of a crash.
